Package 1

Construction of Main/Sub-main and Branch sewers in Baner area including the crossings of rivers/bridges and others.

The Work of Package 1 is awarded to M/S Patil Construction & Infrastructure Limited.

Work order No 1728 Dated 12-01-2018
The total duration of Package 1 is 24 Month from Issuing Work order Date.

Scope of Works:-

Cleaning the site.
Topographical survey.
Excavation for pipe trenches.
Lowering laying and jointing RCC pipes as per designed grade and alignment.
Providing and constructing BB masonry / RCC chambers and manholes.
Providing drop manholes/Drop arrangements.
Road crossing and Nalla crossing arrangements.
Hydraulic testing of the network and manholes.
Cleaning the site with disposing of the excess material
The Sewer Line to be connected under Package-1, 43.00KMs of Various Diameters of RCC Pipes.

Package 2

Construction of Main sewers in the left bank area of Mula-Mutha River and Central area of PMC.

Package 3

Construction of Main sewers in the right bank area of Mula-Mutha River.

Package 4

Construction of 2 STPs at Matsya Beej Kendra and Mundhwa with respective treatment capacities of 7 MLD and 20 MLD This package will be on DBO basis with 10 years of Operation & Maintenance.

Package 5

Construction of STP at Bhairoba Nallah with the treatment capacity of 75 MLD and Kalyani Nagar Intermediate Pump Station (IPS). This package will be on DBO basis with 10 years of Operation & Maintenance.

Package 6

Construction of STP at Naidu with the treatment capacity of 127 MLD including New Kasba, Old Kasba and Topkhana IPSs. This package will be on DBO basis with 10 years of Operation & Maintenance.

Package 7

(ICB, PQ followed by Single Stage Two Envelope bidding): Construction of 2 STPs at Vadgaon Bk and Warje with respective treatment capacities of 26 MLD and 28 MLD. This package will be on DBO basis with 10 years of Operation & Maintenance.

Package 8

(ICB, PQ followed by Single Stage Two Envelope bidding): Construction of 2 STPs at Tanaji Wadi and Dhanori with respective treatment capacities of 15 MLD and 33 MLD. This package will be on DBO basis with 10 years of Operation & Maintenance.

Package 9

Construction of 3 STPs at Botanical Garden, Baner and Kharadi with respective treatment capacities of 10 MLD, 25 MLD and 30 MLD. This package will be on DBO basis with 10 years of Operation & Maintenance.

Package 10

Construction of Community Toilet Facilities in Slum areas and fringe villages.

Package 11

Installation of the Central SCADA system.

Package 12

Capacity Development of NRCD & PMC in application of GIS/MIS and Asset Management for sewers and STPs/IPSs and its implementation.
It includes GIS, MIS & Asset Management components.

Package 13

Strengthening in Public awareness/participation and institutional capacity, and facilitation of implementation of Environmental Management Plan (EMP), and Environmental Monitoring Plan (EMoP).
